Every day, scores of South Africans fall prey to reckless drivers. Many of these drivers remove their number plates to avoid speeding tickets so they can just go on behaving like idiots. And the police seem to have other priorities.

But where there’s wrong, there are creatives trying to make it right with this amzingly brilliant and simple idea. For me, this can win Gold in Cannes next year.
