When every musician is trying damn hard to use the interweb to promote their new albums (who needs another branded social network anyone?) Oasis go the opposite route with their extremely unplugged promotional idea for their latest album. They have taught NY street musicians to play tracks from new album Dig out your Soul and have them on the city streets & subways playing the tunes. Then videos of the performances are put online……… damn, can’t avoid that Internet thing.
