Everyone knows the Guggenheim in Bilbao by Frank Gehry. Now there is a new kid on the block. Spanish architects Juan Coll-Barreu and Daniel Gutiérrez Zarza have caused a stir with their new building for the Health Department. Love it or loathe it… it certainly stands out.
